１９９３年ソロでは２度目となるワールドツアー”The New World Tour”の映像です。

このツアーで２度目の来日を果たしました。
収録されているのは１９９３年６月１３日のペンシルバニア州フィラデルフィアでのパフォーマンスをオーディエンスショットで収録しています。
同時のニューアルバム”Off The Ground”を中心としたパフォーマンスとなっています。
アコースティック・コーナーの３曲が未収録ですが１９９３年のオーディエンスショットとしては良好な映像です。
