本作は7/18にシカゴ・カブスの本拠地であるリグレー・フィールドでおこなわれたライブを完全収録したもので、超高音質オーディエンス録音の2枚組みCDと、フルHDクオリティのブルーレイ・ディスク、さらに同映像をダウンコンバートしたDVDまでもが付属する豪華4枚組みセット・アイテムです。音源・映像ともにXAVELレーベル・オリジナルのマスターが使用されており、2008年東京ドーム公演でも炸裂したあの迫力のサウンドを本作でも再び楽しむことが出来ます。

定期公演であるニューヨークMSG公演”At The Garden”の合間を縫いながら北米各地を精力的にツアーしているビリーですが、さすがに母国でのライブ、とりわけ屋外の野球場でのライブというだけあって、その演奏の入魂ぶりもファンの盛り上がりぶりもやはり半端ではありませんでした。オープニングの「The Natural」テーマから早くも会場のヴォルテージは最高潮（それもそのはず！ここはシカゴ・カブスのホームグラウンド、あの“リグレー・フィールド”ですから！）。 大歓声に迎えられてギターを手に登場のビリー、幕開けは「A Matter Of Trust」です。 定番曲に加えて「An Innocent Man」、会場中が大合唱に包まれた「Take Me Out To The Ball Game」などが披露されたこの日のステージ、エルトン・ジョンの「Your Song」を一回しだけ歌う一幕もありました。
「Uptown Girl」から「Only the Good Die Young」まで怒涛の如く畳み掛けるアンコールパートまで、圧巻のパフォーマンスが凝縮された2時間超のロックショウ。 ダイレクトかつレンジの広い極上サウンドの音源と、ステージ上のビリーとスクリーンをバランスよく捉えた映像のナイス・カップリング・アイテム！
