昨年発売したニューアルバムからの曲を含む１２曲を演奏しています。
ディスクの後半は”BBC Music Day St. Austell 2016”として６月３日にイギリスのThe Eden Projectで行われたフェスでのパフォーマンスから放送された１２曲を収録しています。
両公演とも”Planet Earth”の後半は今年１月に亡くなったデビッド・ボウイをトリビュートし”Space Oddity”が演奏されています。
